Emblems of the Czech Republic

I agree with what Jitka, the sender of this postcard, had written on the back of this postcard.  Crests or emblems are quite similar to flags.  A flag or an emblem represents a particular entity.  In many American States, the flag is merely a crest or emblem on a plain background.
