Bremerton is a city in Kitsap County, Washington, United
States. The population of more than 39,000 makes it the largest city on the
Kitsap Peninsula. Bremerton is home to Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and the
Bremerton Annex of Naval Base Kitsap. Bremerton is connected to downtown
Seattle by a 55-minute ferry route, which carries both vehicles and walk-on
passengers along a 17 mile sailing to Seattle.

& IMF)). It is a United States Navy
shipyard covering 179 acres (0.7 km²) on Puget Sound at Bremerton, Washington. The following are from its web-site - Mission
Statement ‘We exist to maintain and
modernize our Navy’s fleet.’ Vision
‘We are a command that streamlines and
aligns all efforts and actions to support the non-stop execution of work flow,
increasing our productive capacity.’
