This
postcard only shows a portion of the Frisian Flag. It came from Jj (5 November 2014) Postcrossing.
Postcards I have received from 2013 to 2018 primarily through Postcrossing and Swap-bot although there are some postcards here that are from other sources.

NL-2723688 The Flag of Friesland (Fryslân)
The Flag of
the province of Friesland is the official flag of the Dutch province of
Friesland (Fryslân). It consists of four
blue and three white diagonal stripes; in the white stripes are a total of
seven red pompeblêden, leaves of yellow water-lily, that may resemble
hearts. Official instructions with regards to this flag however,
state explicitly that the leaves "should not be heart shaped".
